Terms

Free onboarding

No setup fee. We import your drivers, trucks and trailers from a spreadsheet and you dispatch the same day.

Month to month

Cancel with 30 days notice. No minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Email support

During US business hours, from the people who build it. No ticket queue and no tiering.

Before you book

What DispatchTrace does not do

Every TMS vendor publishes the yes list. Here is the no list, so you find out now rather than four weeks in.

No driver app

Drivers do not get logins. Dispatchers relay by phone, as they do today. The permit book is the one thing built for the roadside.

No QuickBooks connector

Trucking finance lives here; general ledger and taxes stay wherever they are now. Nothing syncs between the two automatically.

No load board integration

You still find freight on DAT or Truckstop. Bring the rate confirmation over and the extraction builds the load from it.

Two ELD providers

EVA and Hive. If you run Motive or Samsara, DispatchTrace works alongside them — you just enter loads without the position feed.

No IFTA or FMCSA filing

We track the IFTA licence and sticker as compliance documents and alert on expiry. We do not calculate the return or file it.

US operations only

The product assumes US carriers, US Central time and English. There is no multi-currency or multi-language support.

Pricing questions

The ones you will ask

What counts as a load?

Each load created in the month. Cancelled loads and TONUs still count as created. The fee is calculated on the count at the end of the month, not on delivery.

Do you charge per user or per truck?

Neither. Add every dispatcher, the safety officer, the bookkeeper and the owner at no extra cost. Adding trucks does not change the bill either — only the loads you run do.

I run three companies. Is that three subscriptions?

Each company is billed separately, but one login moves between all of them without logging out, and the group views roll up across them.

Is there a free trial?

No. There is a demo on your own rate confirmation instead, and onboarding is same-day, so the first month is effectively the trial. Signup is not self-serve — we create the company and invite your first admin.

How is it billed?

An invoice is generated on the first of the month for the previous month, with the base fee and the load count itemised, and is due within ten days. A company created mid-month is pro-rated.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. Onboarding is free and includes importing your drivers, trucks and trailers from a spreadsheet. There is no implementation project to pay for.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. It is month to month with thirty days notice to cancel, and there is no cancellation fee or minimum term.

What support is included?

Email support during US business hours, answered by the people who build the product. It is included in the plan — there is no support tier to buy.

Bring a rate confirmation

Thirty minutes. We build one of your real loads from it, live, and you can see what the month would cost.
