About

Built for the carriers nobody builds for

There is good software for a fleet of five trucks, and there is very good software for a fleet of eight hundred. Between those two, most carriers run their whole back office on spreadsheets that were never designed to carry it.

Why it exists

The gap is real and it is wide

A carrier at fifty trucks has outgrown the spreadsheet in every way that matters. Two dispatchers cannot edit it at once. Driver pay has spawned its own workbook, deductions a third, and reconciling them is somebody’s Friday. Compliance sits in a folder that gets opened after something has already expired.

The obvious next step is an enterprise TMS — and it does not fit. The licence assumes a budget this carrier does not have, and the implementation assumes a project team it does not employ. Carriers this size routinely buy one and end up using a corner of it, with the spreadsheets still open beside it.

DispatchTrace is built for exactly that gap: twenty to five hundred trucks, no implementation project, and one price that does not punish you for adding people to the office.

How we build it

Three things we hold to

The whole load, not half of it

A load that has been delivered should become an invoice, a driver payment and a compliance record without anybody retyping it. That is the entire premise. Anything that only covers the dispatch half leaves the hard part on a spreadsheet.

Built with carriers, not at them

Features arrive because an operator described a problem in enough detail to build from. The accident and claims registry exists because a customer wrote the specification for it, in their own words, and we built what they described.

Where we are

Honestly stated

DispatchTrace is live in production and used by paying carriers every day. It is not a prototype and not a beta. It is also not a decade-old platform with a reference list as long as your arm, and we are not going to pretend otherwise — there are no customer logos on this site because we have not asked those carriers for permission to use their names.

What we will do instead is show you the product on your own paperwork. Send a rate confirmation before the call and you will watch your load get built from it. That is a more useful thirty minutes than any case study.

See whether it fits

Tell us your fleet size and what hurts most. If the answer is that you should stay where you are for another year, we will say so.
